The Edox Les Bemonts C. R.-F. Limited Edition 95005 3 AIR is a simply breathtaking watch. It's a very special model made in a very limited quantity (just 200 pieces, that are individually numbered on the side of the watch). C. R.-F. stands for Christian Ruefli-Flury, who founded Edox back in 1884. For Edox to pay respect to its founder with this watch just emphasises how exceptional it is.
When you see the watch you'll instantly see the brilliance, as you can see the workings of the mechanical (automatic) chronograph movement. This movement is the Edox Cal. 95, which is based on the Swiss Made ETA 2894 S2L. When you click one of the fine pushers you can see what happens, as this is normally obscured by a dial. The visibility of the movement is perfected by caseback window.
The watch has a lot of presence with it's 44mm diameter, but it's by no means uncomfortable due to the 11mm thickness and fine leather strap with deployant clasp.
